A regular physical activity allows maintaining a good health

Sports, but also spare-time like gardening, DIY, walking, are physical activities requiring  an extra energy expense.

The necessity to have the appropriate movement and equipment to prevent the incidents and accidents during sport or spare-time is often mentioned. But unfortunately, too rarely the necessity of a good feeding.

An excessive tiredness for instance, could cause tendinitis, articulations problems, fractures.

Whether you are a performance sportsman or a Sunday one, the basic rule consists in being sure that the energy resources are sufficient and effective enough to answer to the physical effort and to avoid every disturbance during and after the effort.
