Energy Diet Purée Tradition is a light and balanced meal guaranteeing both pleasure and nutritional benefits, to prevent from any deficiency (protein, lipids, carbohydrates, fibres, omega3, vitamins and minerals). It is satiating, digestible and suitable for people who wish to lose and/or control their weight. GOURMET MEAL REPLACEMENT

Ingredients : Potato (47%), soy proteins, vegetable oils (soy oil, rapeseed oil, dextrose syrup, caseinate (milk), natural flavouring), acacia gum, starch, thickening agent: tara gum; salt, milk proteins, chicory inulin, pea protein, tripotassium citrate, magnesium carbonate, vitamins: PP, C, E, A, B5, D3, B6, B1, B9, biotine; spices: nutmeg (0,1%), turmeric; flavouring, ferrous fumarate, zinc citrate, manganese gluconate, enzymatic preparation, copper gluconate, sodium selenite. potassium iodide.

Preparation : Mix a 40 g sachet of Energy Diet with 200 ml of semi-skimmed milk in a shaker. Pour the mixture into a container suitable for microwave use. Heat for 2 ½ minutes at 700 W or in a saucepan on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir the mixture thoroughly, then let it stand for 5 minutes. Consume hot or warm. The preparation instructions should be followed. Keep in a cool and dry place.
