Dutch Baby Pancake aux Framboises

Ingredients

  • 1 dose of Energy Diet Raspberry-Lemon Flavour
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 180 ml whole (or semi-skimmed) milk
  • 3 eggs
  • The zest of an ORGANIC lemon
  • 100 g raspberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Place a cast-iron frying pan with a diameter of 20-25 cm in the hot oven until ready to use..
  3. Pour the flour, the Energy Diet Lemon Raspberry Flavour dose, sugar and salt into a salad bowl and mix together. Add milk, eggs, lemon zest and mix again. If the dough is lumpy, you can mix it with a hand blender.
  4. Place a little butter in the hot cast iron pan and let melt in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Remove the cast iron pan from the oven, pour the dough into it in one go without mixing and put it in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dutch baby pancake swells on top, while the edges brown.
  5. Remove from the oven, add the raspberries and place in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve immediately.
