Ingredients

  • 1 dose of Energy Diet Peanut Gourmet
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 25 g dates
  • 10 g cashew nuts
  • 15 g whole almonds
  • 15 g whole hazelnuts
  • 20 ml of water
  • 5 g cocoa powder
  • 10 g peanut butter
  • The zest of 1 lemon

Preparation

  1. Put the dates, cashew nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, oatmeal, lemon zest, cocoa, peanut butter, water and the Energy Diet Peanut Gourmet in the blender bowl. Mix everything together until you got a homogeneous paste.
  2. Create the Energy balls by scooping out about 10 g of dough with a small spoon and rolling the dough in your hands. Roll the resulting balls in some oat flakes
