  • 1 dose of Energy Diet Raspberry-Lemon Flavour
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 200 g curd cheese at 0 or 20% fat content
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Some mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Wash the raspberries and place them in the bottom of the glasses.<br/>In a salad bowl, mix the fromage blanc and 1 dose of Energy Diet Raspberry-Lemon Flavour.
  2. Add this raspberry lemon cream using a piping bag or a tablespoon.
  3. Decorate with a few raspberries and a mint leaf.
